Lacrosse or (stickball) is a field game. There are ten players in the team, i.e. three attackmen, three defensemen, three midfielders, and one goalie. It is played with a stick and a ball and having benefits like:
● High-Intensity Training.
● Full body workout.
● Endurance.
● Disciplined.
● Field strategy & vision.
Players require excellent ball-handling ability and hold the stick. It is an add-on to the player’s hands.
These skills are valid for (Men’s field lacrosse, Women’s lacrosse, and Box lacrosse) all types.
